How can you tell when an order has been shipped?

If you are not available to receive an order, what would happen?
The third-party agent will get in touch with you before making a delivery attempt. If you are unavailable when they first try to deliver your order, please suggest a convenient time and date for the next attempt.
The delivery agent will try again to deliver your order at the time you specify.
If the package is still undelivered after the second attempt, it will be returned to our courier partner’s warehouse. Please contact our customer service team for more details.

If the package is opened or appears to be tampered with, what steps should you take?

IMPORTANT REMINDER: If the delivery partner attempts to deliver a package that appears damaged, opened, soiled, or tampered with, please do not accept it. Instead, take a photo of the package and report it to our customer care team at care@jalclothings.com immediately.
For reporting missing items, please provide a Package Opening Video to our team as proof. Failure to meet this requirement may result in a rejection of the request.
